Help us pass legislation to prevent Medicare from implementing major reimbursement cuts to vital manual CRT accessories.
Individuals with ALS, spinal cord or brain injuries, cerebral palsy, and multiple sclerosis (and many others) rely on wheelchairs daily for their mobility. Not only that, but wheelchairs are crucial for optimal quality of life. And we mean ‘all’ of the wheelchair, including the accessories that make it productive and suitable to spend hours a day in. Accessories such as leg rests, trays, cushions, headrests, etc… Unfortunately, accessories for manual complex rehab technology (CRT) may be harder to come by if current legislation isn’t passed.
This legislation, which ensures patients have access to this care, is being led by Representatives John Larson (D-Conn.) and Lee Zeldin (R-N.Y.).
Help us pass this legislation! Click here to send a letter to your member of congress today!
