Show Us How You Picture Home

How I Picture Home is spending time with family in the Great Smoky Mountains.

We spend a lot of time advocating for change, but it’s important to remember why we do it. That’s why People for Quality Care is hosting the How I Picture Home Photo Contest!

Between Nov. 26 and Dec. 12, enter by posting a picture of how you picture home on the PFQC Facebook page with a caption, “How I Picture Home ______.” We’ll announce four winners on Dec. 13. Each winner will be featured on the PFQC holiday e-card and receive a $25 gift card.

How I Picture Home Photo Contest Rules

1. To enter the contest, post a picture of how you picture home on the People for Quality Care (PFQC) Facebook page with a caption “How I Picture Home is_______.”
2. You must be 18 years of age to enter the contest.
3. Only one entry per participant.
4. Photos must be entered by 12:00 AM Central time on Dec. 12, 2018. Any entries after this time will not be considered for the contest.
5. Entries may not contain the following: alcohol, drugs, or any kind of obscene, illegal or inappropriate behavior or message. Entries that contain any material that the review panel deems in its judgment to be inappropriate will be disqualified. The judgment of the panel will be final.
6. Entries must include the person entering the contest in the photo.
7. Four winners will be selected by a panel on Dec. 12, 2018. Winners will be notified by Dec.13, 2018 via Facebook.
8. Winners will receive a $25 gift card and will be featured on the People for Quality Care holiday e-card.
9. By submitting a contest photo for the People For Quality Care Facebook page, you agree to the following:
   1. You hereby irrevocably grant to PFQC and VGM perpetually, exclusively and for all media, including but not limited to print, video, internet and any other current or future media presently in existence or future, the right to use for advocacy or commercial purposes the photographs that you submit and the right to incorporate such photographs, in whole or in part, with other photographic or video materials.
   2. You hereby agree that you will not bring or join with others in bringing any claim or action against PFQC or VGM alleging that their use of your submitted materials for advertising and publicity or other purposes is defamatory, reflects adversely on you, or violates any rights whatsoever, including without limitations, any right of privacy and/or publicity, and in respect of the submitted materials you hereby waive and relinquish any and all such rights.
   3. You hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless PFQC and VGM, their directors, officers, employees, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of, and actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, losses, and liabilities, or any type or nature damages whatsoever, including but not limited to attorney fees and expenses, arising from or in connection with any use of your submitted materials by PFQC or VGM. This agreement shall not obligate PFQC or VGM to use the submitted materials or to exercise any of the rights granted hereunder, or to prepare, produce, exhibit, distribute or exploit the submitted materials at any time or in any medium. PFQC and VGM shall have the right to assign their rights hereunder, in whole or in part, to any person or entity without your consent.
   4. You irrevocably waive any compensation, other than the prize terms of this contest, for whatever use or disposition that PFQC or VGM may make of your submitted materials.
